One of the founders of Open Limits, Philippa was brought up bi-lingual French/English in Belgium, works in Italian and Portuguese and has worked in most European and Nordic countries, South Africa and South America. She is a seasoned project and programme manager, and specialist in organisational learning, team and management development, particularly in the fields of Engineering and ICT. She works with project and programme leaders and their teams as coach, trainer, mentor and facilitator. Some of her projects include disruptive technology, process and structure change, for example after M&As. Others are part of continual, incremental business improvements.
Philippa encourages clients to build and sustain the communication flows and cross team collaboration needed to continually adapt process, structure, relationships and delivery to market conditions. She is an inspiring and influential presenter and coaches senior technical and executive leads to present with impact to international business stakeholders. She has a CIM Marketing Diploma, MSc in Organisational Behaviour from University of London (Birkbeck), MA from University of Oxford, PMI and PRINCE2 trained. Philippa is also an Associate Faculty member of Henley Business School specialising in Project Leadership, inter-group and inter-cultural dynamics. She is also a trained singer and songwriter.
