Jean is our lead on programme and project management and IT service management transformation. She has held many organisational roles including CEO, Business Transformation Lead and Senior Programme Delivery Manager, Customer Account Management, Procurement & Supplier Management and Business Development. She has experience of a wide range of public, charitable and private sectors including local government, health, social care, education, telecoms, logistics, energy, travel, communications and e-commerce, in both interim and consulting roles. She has set up PMOs and facilitated project and programme management improvement programmes, culture change and restructured work streams and ICT Service delivery, using Lean systems re-engineering and Agile delivery.
Jean is an award winning public speaker and Distinguished Toastmaster for Toastmasters International. She has worked for charities including Medical Detection Dogs and Autism Oxford. She is a skilled designer and deliverer of Organisational Development and learning activities and an engaging workshop facilitator. Jean has an MA in Economics from University College, Dublin, MA in Human Resource Management, Member of the ACEVO (Association of Chief Executives of Voluntary Organisations), MCIPD, PRINCE2 and MSP (Managing Successful programmes) and ACCA Certified Diploma in Accounting & Finance. Jean also enjoys writing and contributed to the BCS eBook ‘Management Skills in IT’.
