We design and deliver learning activities for organisations, groups and individuals: team coaching, management training, business simulations, assignments, mentoring and executive 1:1 coaching.
In all of our development activities, participants learn by doing, over time, working together, reflecting and sharing experiences. For example, participants write, rehearse and deliver critical business presentations, plan and deliver real projects, write and implement new operating models, structures, processes and communication plans, troubleshoot real team, communication and process issues. They learn to negotiate, make a robust business case, influence, collaborate and get immediate feedback in facilitated group sessions.
Our facilitators provide group working and problem solving processes for groups to learn and use. Nuggets of organisational and behavioural theory are also shared where appropriate to give a common language, best practice references and to reframe thinking. Participants track their own personal development and impact of learning with the help of internal mentors, management and peer feedback.
We have designed and provided 'train-the-trainer' for organisation-wide, global, multicultural management & leadership programmes. We work with new team leads, managers and C-Level executives, in order to best support communication and collaboration.
We also provide specific, niche Learning & Development activities to complement existing internal resource, often for managers and leaders of highly technical functions.
Customised sets of competencies, techniques and best practices linked to targeted roles and career paths can be designed or best practice frameworks integrated. Programmes can be presented for accreditation.
Past programmes have received ITSMF (IT Service Management Forum), BCS (British Computer Society, Chartered Institute for IT) and ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management) endorsement and accreditation.
